1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and jlbb ("we", "us", "the Platform", "jlbb") governing your access to and use of jlbb.lat and all related services, games, software, and features made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the jlbb platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of jlbb.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jlbb's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and jlbb.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active jlbb account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as specified under applicable PAGCOR regulations. jlbb strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age from any player whose age cannot be sufficiently verified.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing jlbb from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether accessing jlbb is lawful in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion programme operated by jlbb or any other registered gaming operator from which you are currently excluded.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on jlbb. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address or Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading registration information — including misrepresentation of your age or identity — is a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlbb Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are being used will be attributed to you, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify jlbb support immediately via live chat or at the email address provided in Section 16 of these Terms. jlbb will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jlbb is required to conduct identity verification checks on account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests and at other points during the account lifecycle. You agree to provide any documentation requested by jlbb for KYC purposes within a reasonable time. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your jlbb account must be made using payment methods accepted by jlbb and registered to you personally. You may not deposit funds using payment instruments belonging to a third party, including shared family accounts, unless you are the account holder of record for that payment instrument.

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlbb does not apply deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jlbb accepts no responsibility.

jlbb reserves the right to reverse or void a deposit transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, jlbb will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified account holders whose identity and age have been confirmed through jlbb's KYC process. jlbb will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the account's most recent deposit, except where the deposit method does not support withdrawals, in which case jlbb will contact you to arrange an alternative.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• jlbb does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Charges applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside jlbb's control.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval for verified accounts.
• Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–2 hours of approval.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours may experience slightly longer processing times, though jlbb endeavours to maintain fast turnaround at all hours.
• jlbb reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before approving withdrawals above certain thresholds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jlbb offers various bonuses and promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of the offer in addition to these general Terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a jlbb account carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus-plus-deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be staked before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion's terms page.

6.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates per game category are listed in the relevant promotion terms. Live casino table games and certain high-RTP games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded from wagering requirement satisfaction entirely.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms, which is typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any wagering-locked winnings associated with them will be forfeited automatically without prior notice beyond the terms already communicated.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

jlbb monitors bonus activity to detect misuse, including but not limited to: placing qualifying bets then reversing wagering progress through excluded games; coordinating bonus exploitation across multiple accounts; or exploiting technical errors or miscalculations in promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses cancelled and balances adjusted without prior warning.

7 Game Rules & Conduct

Each game available on jlbb is governed by its own game rules, which are accessible within the game interface prior to placing any wager. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

jlbb's live casino games are operated using real equipment — cards, wheels, dice — under camera. All outcomes are determined by the physical results of these games, the accuracy of which is maintained by the platform's certified game providers. For slots and other RNG-based games, outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generation systems, the results of which are final and binding.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or live stream interruption — jlbb will follow the relevant game provider's voiding and settlement protocols. jlbb's decision on settlement in disputed cases is final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in Section 12.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlbb and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with jlbb without human intervention.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or pool advantage against jlbb or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or miscalculations to gain an unintended advantage; any winnings derived from such errors will be void.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate any form of money laundering or financial crime through the jlbb platform.
• Registering more than one account personally or on behalf of another person for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Accessing jlbb from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of intimidation, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward jlbb staff or other players.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

jlbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• jlbb has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct associated with the account.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order that encompasses jlbb.
• Continued operation of the account creates a regulatory or legal risk for jlbb.

Upon legitimate closure of an account (i.e., closure not arising from breach or fraud), any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and applicable anti-money laundering checks. Bonus balances will be forfeited.

You may also close your jlbb account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Accounts closed through the self-exclusion programme are subject to the terms set out in Section 10.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlbb platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio — is the intellectual property of jlbb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Your jlbb account provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any jlbb content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlbb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

jlbb does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and events beyond jlbb's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. jlbb will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

In all circumstances, jlbb's total aggregate liability to any single account holder for any cause of action shall not exceed the net deposited value in that account at the time the cause of action arose.

12.1 Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding jlbb's service, game outcomes, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact jlbb's customer support team via live chat. jlbb will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve the majority within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint in writing to the contact address provided in Section 16.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jlbb collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and jlbb. By registering a jlbb account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

jlbb will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers, payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform. All data sharing is conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jlbb reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as an account holder — jlbb will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address or phone number registered to your account.

Non-material amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and changes required by applicable law, may take effect immediately upon posting of the updated Terms to jlbb.lat. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of jlbb following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you may close your account in accordance with Section 9.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of jlbb, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through jlbb's internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
